At Mesmer Treasure, we take pride in offering a unique shopping experience where each product is crafted with care and rigour, made specifically for you. The range of products we offer is split in two categories - stocked and made on demand.

Return & Exchange Policy for stocked products -

1. Clothing Items: We accept returns of unworn, unaltered, and unwashed clothing items with the original tags and packaging including the SKU label. These items are eligible for refunds only. Please note that we do not accept exchanges of any kind.

2. Perfume/Cologne Policy: All purchases of perfume or cologne are final sale. No refunds will be accepted for these items. If your package arrives damaged, a claim must be filed at the carrier's office for resolution.

3. Return Procedure: To initiate a return request, please contact us at service@mesmertreasure.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order. In the case of split package orders, the 5/7-day period begins from the delivery date of the particular package to be returned. Do not send items back without prior contact with us.

4. Return Fees: Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

5. Non-Refundable Items: Please be aware that all swimwear, sale items, discount items (including flash sales or code discounts), bodysuits, intimates, jewellery, and beauty products are final sale and cannot be refunded.

6. Return Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items for quality, we will email you to confirm the status of your return. Ensure that items are free of pet hair, makeup stains, and damage as these are not eligible for return. Allow 5-7 business days from the receipt of your return for processing. Check your spam folder for our confirmation email.

 

Return & Exchange Policy for made on demand products -

Our commitment to sustainability and minimising waste means that we also operate with a made-on-demand model, which translates to zero inventory(in the made on demand category) and less environmental impact. As a result of this approach, we have a strict no return/exchange policy in place.

 

Why no returns for Made On Demand products?

1. Custom artisanship: Every item in our store is made as per your individual order. Our workers put their skills and dedication into making each product, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality.

2. Environmental Responsibility: By producing only what is needed, we significantly reduce the carbon footprint associated with overproduction and unnecessary waste.

Quality Assurance:

While we stand firmly by our no return policy for the made on demand products, we are equally committed to delivering products that meet or exceed your expectations. In the very rare event that your item arrives damaged or with a wrong size, our customer support team is here to assist you. As per our store policy, kindly contact the customer support with in the first 48 hours of your order delivery. Please email us photo evidence of the damaged merchandise to service@mesmertreasure.com.
