    At Mesmer Treasure, we take pride in offering a unique shopping experience where each product is crafted with care and rigour, made specifically for you. The range of products we offer is split in two categories - stocked and made on demand. ​ Return & Exchange Policy for stocked products - ​ Clothing Items: We accept returns of unworn, unaltered, and unwashed clothing items with the original tags and packaging including the SKU label. These items are eligible for refunds only. Please note that we do not accept exchanges of any kind. Perfume/Cologne Policy: All purchases of perfume or cologne are final sale. No refunds will be accepted for these items. If your package arrives damaged, a claim must be filed at the carrier's office for resolution. Return Procedure: To initiate a return request, please contact us at service@mesmertreasure.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order. In the case of split package orders, the 5/7-day period begins from the delivery date of the particular package to be returned. Do not send items back without prior contact with us. Return Fees: Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Non-Refundable Items: Please be aware that all swimwear, sale items, discount items (including flash sales or code discounts), bodysuits, intimates, jewellery, and beauty products are final sale and cannot be refunded. Ensure that items are free of pet hair, makeup stains, and damage as these are not eligible for return. Allow 5-7 business days from the receipt of your return for processing. As a result of this approach, we have a strict no return/exchange policy in place. Why no returns for Made On Demand products?
